Members of the FSA are diverse, from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals, across multiple industries and sectors. They contribute significantly to innovation and hold a considerable patent portfolio, including SEPs. Members are closely involved in the valuation, licensing and litigation of standard essential patents.  FRAND policy developments are a key motivation for all who join the FSA as they benefit from the knowledge and experience from other members, as well as the activities conducted by the association to promote the FSA’s key licensing principles.
