Working Groups cover various topics and are assigned specific tasks on a temporary basis. They are led by a Chair and Vice-Chair and meet on a regular basis to discuss initiatives and proposals from members that aim to achieve the goals of the association.
The General Assembly is the decision-making body of the Fair Standards Alliance and meets twice a year. It sets the direction of the organisation, agrees the budget and approves the organisation’s strategic plan for the forthcoming year. Its decisions are reached by consensus and set the course for the FSA policy and administration. All members of the FSA are represented in the General Assembly.
The FSA is managed by a Board which is elected by the FSA General Assembly.
The Board provides guidance and helps coordinates the activities of the FSA.
